I have a situation here in one of my 3300's...

A user is trying to make a 3 party conference call.  She dials the first outside number, waits for the party to answer, then press the conf button, and dials the second outside number.  once that person answers she presses the conf button again.  but the call does not conference in with the other party.

This is working in my NY location, but not my PA location.

I looked at the COS and it is turned on as it should.  Additionally we are sharing COS and Feature access codes.

Anywhere else i should be looking?

Thanks for the help!

Check the System options for Total number of calls in conf call, total number of CO's in a conf call and "Check interconnect restriction for conference calls".

Yes the above is correct, i had same problem, could only speak to either one or the other, ended up being the "Maximum CO Trunks In A Conference" under system administration and system options. i set mine to 4 and tested again.

I know this is an old thread, but thanks for the information! I would have never figured that out!
