| When changing a phone
and you see this error: 'Users Are Associated With This Hosted Service'
It simply means that the key you are trying to delete has a name programmed against it in
the telephone directory. The doesn't necessarily mean that it's the extension number you are
working with but could easily be the extension number of a button on a phone you are trying to delete.
Resolution:
Exit out of the phone programming, go to the "Telephone Directory" form, search for the
extension or key extension you are trying to delete and delete the telephone directory entry.
From there you can return to the extension programming form you were at before. You can now delete it.
